RULES

Entry for the Buck & Doe contest is $5.00. This will enter you in both Buck & Doe contests. You may enter one deer per contest. You can win in BOTH contests. You must sign up in contest BEFORE you shoot your deer.
WISCONSIN BOW OR CROSSBOW HARVESTED DEER ONLY! NO GUN KILLS!

Their will be no substitutions or exchange on any of the prizes.

Both bucks and does entered must have the WISCONSIN DNR REGISTRATION NUMBER given when the deer was registered. This number allows us to verify your deer was registered with the DNR. A picture ID is also necessary.

All deer properly entered will have an equal chance at all drawing prizes. 1st place through 7th place in the buck and 1st place through 7th place in the doe contests will be awarded through a drawing process. Those eligible for the drawings will only be those who legally entered their deer in WEST TOWN ARCHERY's contest.


In addition to the drawings the buck with the highest gross score (scored here at West Town Archery using our scoring method) will win a $500.00 Gift Certificate to West Town Archery.


Contest ends January 31st 2025. All entries must be in by February 1st, 2025.


Drawing to decide winners will take place SATURDAY FEBRUARY 8th at our DEER CONTEST PARTY Noon to 2:30pm at WEST TOWN ARCHERY. SCORING OF POTENTIAL WINNERS OF THE FREE SHOPPING SPREE WILL BE DONE ON OR BEFORE THE PARTY FEBRUARY 8th.
